Returns and cancellations
As described in our terms and conditions, we have a 14-day return policy, when you shop with us.
If you want to return something, due to a cancellation or claim, it works as follows:
1) Write to us!
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt, that you want to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent to email@example.com. In the email, we need the following information:
- In the subject line write return and order number (6 digits), for example: Return 123456
- In the email, please write the reason, why you wish to return an item.
- You are welcome to include a clear photo of the item, if the item has a flaw.
- Tell us if you want to know the price of a return label from us.
- Write us your name, telephone number, and order number.
- Write us your account information (IBAN & BIC) if the order was paid via bank transfer.
2) Wait for an answer!
We always try to respond quickly during business hours from 9 to 16 (and no later than 24 hours). If it concerns a claim, you MUST wait for our response, before possibly sending something back.
3) Pack the merchandise carefully!
It is your responsibility that the products get sent off securely. You can for example reuse the packaging you received the products in (or parts of it, if you only send a small part of the order back). Remember to pack very carefully, so that goods can be returned to us unscathed. This is especially important if you are returning glass or porcelain, wood, tins and the like.
4) Please include your name, phone number and order number (6 digits)!
You can include the original delivery note or simply write a new note (also by hand) with your name, phone number and order number (6 digits). Then we can easily find your order in our system.
5) Send the package to us, to the address below!
Go to the post office / parcel shop and send the package. You can also buy a return label. Find out prices and options by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
6) We will refund your money!
Shortly after we have received your return shipment, we will send a credit note to the email address you provided with your order. We will refund your money to your credit card / account, with which your order was paid for. Please note: It may take a few days until you receive the money on your account.
